Charlie is the Chief Sales Officer at Hedlund Painting. He is responsible for providing pricing to our customers using his extensive knowledge of the painting/drywall industry!  He has been involved in the field, management, and the position he holds now for ten years.  His experience in the industry and working with products from different manufacturers ensures that when you work with us, you are getting the highest quality, correctly used products for your project. Knowing the correct process and products makes all the difference in quality, and he will make sure that things are priced as fair as possible for you, so you know you are getting the highest quality for the best budget possible!

When Charlie isn’t working- he enjoys being outdoors, going to the mountains for snow sports, and spending time with valued family and friends.

Seattle born and raised; Greg started his career with an apprenticeship at South Seattle College. Now, over 16 years later, he works as an invaluable estimator for Hedlund Painting. 

His deep understanding of the industry, coupled with a forward-thinking mindset, empowers his colleagues to push boundaries and explore new possibilities.

With over 35 years of experience in the commercial painting industry, Alan brings a wealth of expertise and a calm, level-headed approach to his role as a project manager. 

Known for his friendly demeanor and smart solutions, Alan excels in managing complex projects, ensuring that every job is completed efficiently and to the highest standard. His extensive knowledge of commercial painting techniques, combined with his ability to lead teams effectively, makes him an invaluable asset to his company and clients alike.

Vincent Doolittle is a Project Manager at Hedlund Painting, where he manages various customer projects. This includes working with contractors and maintaining great customer relationships.

Vince has been in the painting and construction field for more than 15 years; you can expect a high level of knowledge and expertise from him.

When he is off for the day- Vince enjoys spending quality time with his family, working on his project cars, and playing one of his many guitars.

Jamille is the Office Manager at Hedlund Painting, where she oversees daily office operations and ensures everything runs smoothly. Her responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and billing, payroll, maintaining accurate records, and supporting both staff and customers with professionalism and care. She also helps streamline office processes to keep projects organized and the team connected.

Before joining Hedlund Painting, Jamille gained valuable experience in the Water Mitigation and Restoration industry, where she developed strong skills in customer service, project coordination, and insurance documentation. This background has equipped her with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to keeping operations efficient.

Outside of work, she enjoys playing soccer and softball, making candles, and spending quality time with her husband and their three daughters.
