Chris is the owner of Hedlund Painting. He has been in the paint and coatings trade since the early 2000s, working summers while in school, as his father is also a painting contractor!
The reason he chose this trade as a profession is because he loves seeing the drastic change in looks when our team completes a project. He also loves the fact that we get to preserve and extend the life of the projects we work on to make them last for years to come.
One of the things he enjoys the most about his career is the relationships he has built over the years. Not only is it his personality and quality of work that draws people to him and his company, but it is our team as a whole- and their likeminded attitude, to provide and produce quality products and relationships.

Charlie is the Chief Sales Officer at Hedlund Painting. He is responsible for providing pricing to our customers using his extensive knowledge of the painting/drywall industry! He has been involved in the field, management, and the position he holds now for ten years. His experience in the industry and working with products from different manufacturers ensures that when you work with us, you are getting the highest quality, correctly used products for your project. Knowing the correct process and products makes all the difference in quality, and he will make sure that things are priced as fair as possible for you, so you know you are getting the highest quality for the best budget possible!
When Charlie isn’t working- he enjoys being outdoors, going to the mountains for snow sports, and spending time with valued family and friends.

Zakary is an estimator and achiever of excellence in customer service with Hedlund Painting, Inc. to provide customers with quality, on-time communication, accurate estimates and precise timing to complete your project from beginning to end.
Zakary works diligently with confidence, believing that through the services he offers a beautiful thing may be achieved. Whether that be a need or desire fulfilled, quality relationship development with a connection between individuals that lasts not only with the Clients but also the others on site. His main focus is to create connections knowing full well the benefit (It’s not necessarily what you know, It’s Who).
Being from a background of not only estimating but project management, he developed the many needed skills to maintain teamwork for completion to be achieved on projects ranging from New Construction, Large Development, Maintenance and Residential Beautification.

Rigoberto Tovilla Jr., is the Property Management Specialist Rep. He joined the Hedlund Painting Team in December 2019. Rigo is developing a growing department for Hedlund in the HOA and Property Management industry. Rigo came on board Hedlund serendipitously, from sunny Southern CA, with 22+ years in the painting and construction industry. He started in the residential repaint niche even before that with his dad, as he is a third-generation painter, that is where the “plus” after 22 years of experience comes in! He attributes his success to his high placed value of people who he works with and for, customer service, and finding the right balance of quality and productivity.
Rigo does everything for the love of his wife Vel and 7 wonderful kids! Yes, you read that right, it is not a typo!

Carmen is the Office Director/Boss Lady here at Hedlund Painting. She joined the crew back in 2019 with little experience in the industry. Since then, she has grown exponentially in knowledge of the field and taken on many roles that needed filling over these years of massive growth. Her focus these days is assisting the field crew as well as the project managers, contractor/subcontractor communication, assisting with scheduling and new hires, and much more!
In her personal life, Carmen is a Wife (to Zakary), and a mother to her 2 teenage boys! She loves to travel, travel and travel whenever she gets the chance.

Sara is our Social Media Manager- she handles Hedlund Painting’s photography, posting to our social media sites, and she also helps maintain great relationships with our many customers.
